We asked the digiio founder and CEO what it means to launch a new studio, and what inspired her to create digiio…
“I spent many years working in the technology sector across sales and marketing, and I was always drawn to the challenge of turning complex ideas into something people could understand, connect with and act on. That naturally led me into writing, training and storytelling, and eventually to creating digiio.
From the beginning, I have been influenced and inspired by incredibly talented people, and that has shaped the business at every stage. As digiio has grown, so has the creativity, perspective and expertise within it, continually pushing the work further and helping us create something that makes a real difference for clients.
Our new studio feels like a very special moment for us. I look around at the people, the work we are creating and the clients who have trusted us along the way, and I feel incredibly proud. It feels like an important point in the digiio story, and I am excited to be part of it.”

Four years ago, Mario joined digiio as a runner. Today, he’s our Producer and Studio Manager, overseeing productions from pre-production and shoot day through to the final edit, while helping bring our new studio to life.
Along the way, he’s worked on everything from events and livestreams to documentaries, interviews and customer stories, travelling across the UK and internationally to bring them to life.
One project he’s particularly proud of is our Beyond the Badge series, which has taken him to some great locations and introduced him to some brilliant people.
For Mario, what makes digiio special is the combination of professionalism and personality, putting clients at ease, while delivering the confidence, creativity and expertise they need.
And now, with the new studio open, there’s a new chapter ahead. More productions and more creative possibilities.
Here’s to four years, Mario – and everything still to come.

We’re delighted to welcome Ceire O’Neill to digiio as our new Senior Account Director. Ceire brings more than 15 years’ experience across digital content, customer engagement and strategic client partnerships.
We’ve had the privilege of working with Ceire on a significant customer advocacy programme, which gave us first-hand experience of the talent, judgement, energy and client focus she brings. Some of the team have also worked with her over the years, so she already understands our clients, our work and what matters to us.
Strong account leadership builds trusted client relationships and brings teams together around great outcomes. Ceire brings exactly that experience to the role.
As digiio grows, we’re investing further in how we support our clients and our internal teams. Ceire’s experience will be instrumental as we strengthen our client partnerships and deliver great work together.
We’re also excited to have created a new Microsoft Senior Account / Success Director role, a further strategic investment in our Microsoft partnership.
Welcome to the team, Ceire. We’re so pleased to have you with us.
